A ? about Persona 2 (PSX)..

I have been trying to "score" this game for quite some time.. at a "semi-decent" price. Currently.. there are a few on eBay. The DP online guide says that the game comes with TWO CDs (the game disc; and a "bonus" with interviews and anime footage); but I sometimes see it on eBay with only the game disc. When I look closely at the back and front covers I could swear that I see some with a single CD "logo" on them, and some with a double one. Anybody know for sure if there were two releases of this game (One sans the bonus disc?). Thanks to all for your time & attention.

weird...I bought a copy about a year ago which I've never played and I just went over to shelf and checked it out and it says "1 Disc" on the bottom left of the front cover and on the spine, but I have a "Game Disc" and said "Bonus Disc" inside. So basically disregard that 1 disc logo and ask the seller if he's got the bonus disc. I got my copy at an EB a while ago. I'm sure that's how all of them are.

Persona 2 does come with 2 discs, however as far as ive ever seen the box's only say one disc. There was no re-release with just disc only. They (Sony) count the game discs not the bonus discs so when you look at that tag on the front of the box, your going to only see one disc, because only one discs matters. Same goes with Carnage Heart I believe.

Hmmm.. I'll have to dig up my copy of Carnage Heart tonight after I get off work and see how many discs are listed (But IT had a game CD and a tutorial CD as I remember.).

I don't think the rule holds true for all PSX games though; because as I remember, some PSX games DO list demos and such (i.e. music discs, tutorials, etc.) in the total. Vanguard Bandits did I think; as did The Misadventures of Tron Bonne (it listed the Megaman demo CD as another disc.. as I recall.).

Persona 2 does NOT list the bonus disc but every single copy of the game came with it...so if you buy one without, it's incomplete.
