I don't see much wrong with it. It's just heavilly damaged. The hanging tab pieces give it that added authenticity although I guess you can get those from any packaging and just glue them on.

I don't think i would know a reseal unless I opened it, but I do know that we used to have sheets of hangtabs when I worked at KayBee. They had the sticky part attached to the sheet, and you just slapped it on a broken hang tab (for figures etc.), or on games. We used to put a lot of them on NES games when the originals fell off.

I'm starting to think that sealed collecting is pointless. If you actually do manage to get a real sealed game in the first place, someone is gonna accuse you of resealing it when you eventually sell it.

I'm not commenting on this auction, but just in general. I know that there are ways of telling if most sealed games are real or not, but it's tough to know for sure when there are so many ways of doctoring a scan or faking the seal. @_@

Why would a guy with 3200 total ebay positives, 2100 unique positives, a % over 7 years of 99.5% reseal a game? Not to mention that the guy has written an article on wwwGoodDealGames.com on games sealing.

It seems to me that its just another go get brinn1 crap dialog by a bunch of 15 to 25 year olds who need to get a life.

As I said in another thread -- just assume anything you buy from this guy is resealed and bid accordialy. No problems. :)

Oh, and to answer the last poster -- you'll notice some people here have allready said they believe this is factory sealed. The problem with brinn is that he has misleading auctions, does'nt post answers to questions that could help to clear up his auctions, is very rude to anyone who askes a serious question (like I did when I saw a game I wanted to bid on that he was selling) and he sells everything saying it's sealed because that's how he got the stuff, when sometimes it's a re-seal. That's why I said my 'advice' in the first line. But due to his attitude with me (when he does'nt even KNOW I belong to DP nor did I mention it in my question!) I will never bid on his stuff. I sell on EBay a LOT better then this guy and I can prove it.
