Anyway to clean up this Genesis?

I got this Genesis pretty cheap at Goodwill, but it looks like crap. (see below) Is there anything I can do to make it look better or remove those scuffs? They dont look like scratches...

Krylon Fusion. It'll change the appearance a bit, but it'll look much better. Disassemble, clean, and cut some masking tape to go around the logos.
