possibly because it is a new came when people really want games for a system that is lacking in that area
...and it sold well on the GBA, so maybe they figure previous sales will improve sales on this one

My guess would be that since Wario Ware Touched! is using a new technology early into the systems release, they figured they should make a few extra bucks from that, which is fair.

Who Cares!
Pokemon Ruby and Saffire are 35, Mario Advance 3 is 35... a lot of Big games are 35 from Nintendo... Big meaning a lot of stuff, not high profile.
WarioWare is the first game to really use the DS as it was meant to be (though it doesn't really push the Dual Screen part all that much) So I'd say 35 is more than a decent price considering you'll be paying 50 for DarkStalkers that makes use of PSPs 4 way D-Pad...

Where you shopping?
If it's at Gamestop, wait a couple of weeks. New releases for the GBA are usually five bucks higher than most other places, and they drop down to more reasonable levels a short while later.

becuase the DS hasnt come out with a good game to purchase since launch (besides mr driller, but that was months ago). So they knew people would want a new "good" game and they knew people would want wario ware, so why not raise the price.

I wish I hadn't bought Mega PartyGame$ for $15, because now I'm addicted and really want this version too but can't afford $35.
