Question about Neo Fami sound output

Before I attempt to replace something with my Sachen Q-Boy with a semi-faulty controller 1 slot, I really need to know, does the Neo Fami system support the Japanese sound expansion chips (i.e. Konami VRC6, Namco106)

No, it does not. Get a real Famicom for listening to expansion and regular sound, as the Neo-Fami sounds terrible.

Can someone who has a neofami write a little bit about it?

I'm interested in what you guys mean when you say that the sound quality is bad.

Also, is the AC power adaptor that comes with it compatible with a US socket?

Does it play NES too or do I need an adaptor?

Will it accept a real famicom or NES controller into its controller inputs?
