Gaihin punch's website is pretty good. Maybe you should try looking there.

If you mean Japanese game reviews, then there's plenty at http://www.ntsc-uk.com

I've got a bunch posted at The OPCFG, with screenshots: http://www.geocities.com/opcfg/importreview.html

was there once a section of this website dedicated to beat 'em ups or was that the opcfg (which seems to be dissolving from cyberspace).

The OPCFG? Dissolving? Not the last time I checked. Besides, I've got 90% of the site backed up, so if something does happen to it, I'll make sure it comes back.

I did a Special Features article on beat-em-ups and overhead run-n-guns a while back, maybe that's what you're thinking of.

You could always click the link in my sig if you can't find it in your bookmarks. Geocities seems to be running a bit slow today but I guarantee it's all there.

But growing. Just not very fast.

We're working on it.

Hey Dire -- did you have a lot of stuff on a dynamic machine when they went tits up? I did... sucked.

Anyways, as Testament was so kind to point out, I've got a lot of mini-reviews on my site. As they're opinionated, they seem to get me into enough trouble, so I keep 'em nice and short. :)

No, I didn't. I do things the old fashioned way... perhaps too old fashioned.
