Good luck getting this R10 into your Room of Doom.

Assuming that's real, I can't even put into words how cool that is. I'm moving to Europe.

I read the title and I thought this was about NWC 1990 LOL
But yeah, thats pretty neat that people can just dial it up and play it. I would imagine thats only after buisness hours, though -
"Lights went off again!"
"Ah,, back on"
"Crap!"
Just curious, is that a toll number you have to call? or is it free? if you live across the street can you use a landline phone?

I am starting to get the feeling that it is not a building, but a big structure of some sort built just for this. Not sure though...

Hmmm, I'm going to be in Paris in about 2 and a half months... With a text enabled phone.... Wonder how much in roaming fees a game of Tetris will cost me?? LOL

I think it's a library. There used to be a building In Buffalo (I'm sure it's still there, but haven't been to buffalo in a while) That would flash different coloured lights to music at the christmas season.

Unfortunately, it's not a permanent structure LOL
I think it was a tempory thing that was running a couple of years ago - I remember reading about it at the time.
edit: The front page (http://www.blinkenlights.de/arcade/index.en.html) explains all - it was there from September 25th - October 6th, 2002.

Probabley the gold NWC cart. I am sure that one day I will own the grey one, but I will never have the gold cart unless I win millions in the Lottery (problem is I don't play the Lottery). LOL

It's odd that they would photoshop the photos though, assuming it is/was real.

...Worlds Largest Monitor is the ginormous LD board in Las Vegas.
