Today was fair, I got a lot of decent stuff but not much I really needed...
Ka-Ge-Ki - Fists Of Steel - Genesis Complete - 2.50
Task Force Harrier EX - Genesis Complete - 2.50
Rampart - Genesis Complete - 3.00
Gitaroo Man - PS2 Sealed - 10.00
Ico - PS2 Non-GH - 5.00
Unison - PS2 - 6.00
Ninja Gaiden - Xbox Loose - 6.00 (IF ANYONE HAS AN EXTRA BOX/MANUAL PM ME)
Clock Tower - PS1 - 3.00
Infiltrator - NES Boxed - 2.00
6 Sealed copies of Mortal Combat Annihilation Soundtrack - 5.00 total (I honestly don't know what the hell I'm gonna do with these)
Gitaroo Man, Ico, Unison and Clock Tower should be up for trade/sale on here or eBay sometime. I just have to decide if I want to keep the sealed Gitaroo Man or my open/mint copy.

Personally, I'd have to sell the sealed copy. In the last few months I've seen some sealed copies go for 100+ dollars. I have a sealed copy and it's getting sold as soon as I find a opened copy to replace it with.
Anyway, it's a great find. :)

Friday, I went to EB Games and got the following PS1 games complete:
Driver 2
Frogger (GH)
Mega Man 8 (GH)
Mega Man X4 (GH)
Metal Gear Solid
Tetris Plus (GH)
Last night, I got these complete:
Choro Q (PS2)
SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos (XB)
Technic Beat (PS2)
By trading in cheap Toys R Us games I bought, I would estimate that all this cost roughly $15.

Where did you find Guitaroo?
Flea Market, some guy had a bunch of PS2 games he was clearing out from a store he owned, nothing else worthwhile really other than waht I bought.
I honestly thought Unison sold for more than it did, it's a pretty rare game, and seems to only get a few bucks on eBay. :(

Why? It's a fun game, and any PS2 game is worth 2.29.

One of the hinges of the case were broken, so I had swap in a new lid. Other than that, it's in great condition. :) This is the second R7 in my collection (both are for PlayStation, oddly enough). I'm dirt broke, so this will be about it for the time being. Now the only games I'll be looking for are Saga Frontier and Einhander without manuals, which I'm only casually keeping an eye out for (since it can be a bit hard to specifically find copies that are missing manuals; most copies are either loose or complete).

Hit the TRU again today after deciding to postpone my GameRush...erm...rush (didn't feel like driving 2 hours each way for one store). Got:
Fire Emblem Prima guide - $0.01

GBA Hard Shell Case - $0.20
Simpsons Hit Clips - $0.40

Even better, I got a Donkey Kong Country 2 store display for free! It's one of those 3D ones, about 2ft tall. I was well pleased. :)
Oh, and afterwards I stopped by GameCrazy and got a weird Tyco SNES thing called the 'Power Plug'. Basically sits between the SNES and a regular SNES controller and gives you turbo functions etc. Haven't tested it yet. Was meant to be $2.99 but the guy rang it up wrong so it was $1.99.

Today I purchased the following (loose unless noted):
Sonic Adventure (DC,complete)
Gradius (NES)
Double Dragon II (NES)
Ghosts N Goblins (NES)
Castlevania II (NES)
Pacman, Tengen (NES, licenced?)
Genghis Khan II (Genesis)
Total: $25
Basically got a couple of must have commons for my NES today. Also, I got a strange Tengen Pacman. The store I bought it from had 2 versions of the Tengen Pacman. One that was the usual Tengen black cart, and the other was in a regular licenced NES cart but still had Tengen on the cart art (I purchased this one instead. Is this one more uncommon or something?). The rarity guide only lists 1 Tengen Pacman and then the much rarer Namco Pacman for NES.

Tengen did that with Pac-Man, Gauntlet, and RBI Baseball. Licensed versions are harder to find, especially RBI Baseball which I haven't seen very much at all. I wouldn't exactly call them RARE though.

It's not rare....the dp guide mentions it under the tengen description of pacman and basically says it's equal in rarity, and the licensed one was released first.

Recently I've bought the following
Official Samba Di Amigo Maracas - $20 AUD
Official Japanese Dreamcast Controller (Green) - $5 AUD
Virtual On Controller for the Saturn - $15 AUD
Sonic The Hedgehog coaster - free! ^^
And yesterday I accidentally bought King Of Fighters 2000 for Dreamcast on eBay. I put a joke bid on it since it usually goes for HEAPS... and won it for $12.50 US. Hehe. The shipping will probably really hurt though.

You could check Games+ in Mesa (intersection of Alma School & University), they have some boxed NES stuff. Bookman's is really hit & miss on boxed items - most NES there will be loose. The thrifts in the East Valley are fairly well picked through too but the ones in Apache Junction occassionally turn up goodies - I got about 20 CIB Intellivision games there on one trip.
Good luck!

Hey guys, thanks a lot for the info, I really appreciate it. I'm kind of on a budget, so there isn't going to be any cleaning out on my trip. Plus I have to convince everyone else to go also, unless I can get away by myself or with my wife (she looooves thrifts). Thanks again!
