Genesis manuals on e-bay value?

Hi! I have a stack of old Genesis manuals (and some Sega CD, and SMS) and was wondering how well manuals themselves go on e-bay. Most of these are kind of beat up though... Thanks!

Really depends on the rarity of the game itself. I see this one seller generically sells all his manuals for $1.99 Buy-It-Now. This is a good deal if you need a HTF manual like Liberty or Death or Shining Force II (I just saw one last at $15 with a couple hours to go!). With the more common games you won't get much since you can always find complete games for almost the same price as the manual alone.

What I would do is check if you have any raritiies and sell tehm indiviudally, and then sell the commons off in a lot.

IMHO as a thumb of general rule:

The rarer a game is, the more valuable that game's manual is. As there are some gamers out there who only have the cartridge/CD... and are looking for the manual or/and original box to complete it.

Dirt cheap common games -- those manuals aren't worth more than like 5 cents. But for rarer games... they can sell for as high as 10 dollars I've seen... sometimes 15 maybe. Definitely can expect a few bucks at the least I'd say.
