John Madden Duo CD Football - what's included?

I have John Madden Duo CD Football, and the case is one of those Metal Gear Solid PS1 type cases that looks like it holds multiple disks. Inside mine, I have one disk, the actual game itself, and the instruction booklett. I also have a poster that shows the plays, but there is a spot for 2 more disks, but I don't have anything else.

Were other disks included in this package?

The case is for the thick manuals and other paperwork. There are a few Duo games in double cases with single cds.
