Amazon.com is offering a limited time special "bundle", the DP Guide and Steve Kent's "The Ultimate History of Video Games " (aka "The First Quarter") for $38.97. As it turns out it's not much of a deal because Kent's book now sells for $13.97 :P

Perhaps this is yet another shameless plug, but if you don't already own this book you'll understand someday when you see it and wonder if perhaps it hadn't been beaten into your head enough that you should buy it.
