I think it's from Quake 2. Some giant, robot thingy that shoots missiles. It weighs like three pounds. I remeber getting it at Target and the peg couldn't hold it. I ended up buying the whole set just because of that one fig. Never touched the game. It's so detailed, fully working springs for legs, it's imposing, and it shoot missiles. Doesn't get much better,

I dont have many video game action figures but I do like my zelda figures as well as my mario bobble head and mega man figures. And I also have those GI Joe type street fighter toys.

I've got the Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles figures from Sonic Adventure (though Knuckles needs to have his arm glued back in...and I'm lazy). And then there's my SMB3 jumping goomba from McDonald's.
Seriously, that jumping Goomba is the best kids' meal toy ever. :)
Gamereviewgod: Pics plz! :eek 2:

I've got some Mai and Blue Mary figures that are pretty sweet. They're very detailed. I also have an Apharmd B figure from Virtual On that's really cool -- you can even open up the little Saturn on his back and take the disc out.

I can second the coolness of that Quake II figure...mf'er was HEAVY. And proved other companies could do better than McFarlane in detal AND movement.
My fave toys?
I claim technicality because of the PS2 release...but my Transformer: Alternators, 20th Anniverasry Optimus and Armada Unicron are the freaking coolest toys ever. I could play with Meister all day.

Probably my "American McGee's Alice" 1st run Alice & Cheshire cat figures.
For some reason every run after the first had an Alice figure that didnt look much like Alice in the game.
I have this little rubber "bendy" figure of Link from the launch of Ocarina Of Time, a stuffed Diddy Kong, a small plastic Pikachu and a radio controlled Mario on his Kart.
No-one seems to bother stocking game-related action figures around here.

Toys. Sonic one is right above them (kind of a Sonic shrine). They came out with 12' inch and 6' inch when Sonic Adventure came out. You press a button on their foot, and they talk. Usually about three quotes each. I got mine at TRU.

I don't have them, but the Sega console gashapon figures are freakin' awesome. Everything from the Mark III to the Dreamcast.

I don't have alot of video game figures or plushies at all. Maybe 5 or so. I love video game plushies, just always have something more important to buy. My coolest figure is a metal Mario figure though from N64 (when he is shiny) and when you pull a lever it shoots a golden coin. Japense, and I never put it together but it still looks awsome in the box!

My favorite toy collectables are the Sega History Collection:
http://image.lik-sang.com/images//large/toys-sega-history-collect.jpg
(That's a picture from Lik-Sang. For the rest, check out this link: http://www.lik-sang.com/image.php?category=260&products_id=5008&img=toys-sega-history-collect )
They are SO amazingly detailed. The Dreamcast you can open the console, put in a game, plug and unplug the controller, put the VMU in the controller (after taking off the dust cover) and remove the modem. The Genesis can have the Sega CD put onto it as well as the 32X, and all of the cords and controllers hook up just right. Lik-Sang is out of them now though.
Then, there is also the classic game tags:
http://image.lik-sang.com/images//large/namco-classic-game-tags.jpg
(Also Lik-Sang, also out of stock, only image...)
Sweeeeeeeeet stuff.
are there any good websites out there that sell game figures? I'm not looking to pay a fortune though...
I have a PILE of boxes full Action Figures and other video game promotional items waiting to be put into a new section on the GOAT Store (the "collectables" section), but we haven't yet had enough time to do it. You may want to bookmark our site and return though. Offhand, I know that I have action figures or promos for Final Fantasy, Ready 2 Rumble, Sonic, Mario, Donkey Kong, Crash Bandicoot and a bunch of other stuff... (promo boxes and so on). I love that sort of stuff too, so I figured it was time to add it to our site :)

I realized that you couldn't tell the size of the Sega History Collection from that picture. Again, from www.lik-sang.com :
http://image.lik-sang.com/images//large/toys-sega-history-collect7.jpg
That's them all on an actual Dreamcast to show size.
As an FYI, if you want mini Nintendo consoles, Lik-Sang still has some of those in stock at the following URLs:
Famicom - http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=260&products_id=4740&
Game Boy and Bame and Watch - http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=260&products_id=5638&
Nintendo History (Out of Stock :( ) - http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=260&products_id=4885&

Yes, yes they do. I especially love little Link with his Tingle Tuner/GBA.
I also love my Final Fantasy 8 action figures, I only have half of them as they're hard to find now but someday I'll continue the set. My Vivi stands watch over my PSX collection. (:
I don't have them, but I also love the Maximo action figure. Reall nicely detailed and I it doesn't hurt that I love that kinda hudson style artwork anyway. Not that Maximo is a hudson game, I just think of them when I see that artist's work. If it's the same guy anyway.
As far as plushies go, Jogurt from Shining Force is a cute little guy.

And so is my Nall for that matter.
