You'll see. My point is that for shipping 3 CD Games with a value of $185, I was thinking about a grand total of $200 via EMS. 3 CDs weight 300 g wrapped and covered and everything. Then I was surprised when I saw a shipping fee of $23.50 EMS, a package weight of 600 g, then 4% Paypal... I would end up paying $235!!! @_@

And I am sorry, sph1nx, for my bad temper. My appologies :D

Our shipping page is taking exactly the rate the postal service is offering here in Japan
Now a CD game can be 100grms but if it's double case it can be 250grms

we need to pay people to pack the game securely into a package, this is not free unfortunately

We do provide an Airmaill service which is cheaper than EMS (doesn't have the same service tho) so if you think EMS shipping is too expensive you can choose this service but in case of lost/stolen, nothing can be done unfortunately

Paypal 4% is what paypal charge us for recieiving money, we put the lowest price possible so we can't afford to loose money to paypal, that's why it is like that

For your information on an average order (50USD - 4% represent only 2USD)

on a big order i understand it's more, so if you have a big order to make please contact us by email we will state the lowest price we can do or give you a discount coupon for your next order

now this shipping fees are online so our system is automatic..people come order, pay, we ship, that's fast and efficient, if we have to make a quote by email,etc..this wil slow down the process (it will take more time for you to receive the goods because we will spend more times quoting orders and replying to people,etc...)

If you have a big order to make (several games : more than 150USD) you can contact us so we can calculate the exact weight of the package so you will pay the exact price for shipping...this can only be done for order over 150USD under that please use the website

so for example the website calculate 600grs for 3cd games that should be 1680Yen If after packing, to make sure cd won't be damage we protect them, this protection have a weight including the box used to ship that
let's say real weight is 490g (just under the 500grms limit) so shipping will save 180Yen (that's about 2 bucks)

but by the time you email your order, it's processed manually and that we send you the total weigth and correct prices, a few days will have gone, so it's won't be so fats and efficient

if you want to save few bucks ok we are open to anything, your order will take more time to be processed so by the end you won't earn that much because the time lost in emailling could have been spent in the plane for an Airmail package that is cheaper but we do what customer want
