Ace Combat 5 Promo Patches/DVD Wanted

Looking for these promo items that were given away to people that pre-ordered the Ace Combat 5 flight stick bundle. One was a "making of" dvd and the other was a small tin case that contained 3 flight patches. If you have these available for sale or trade, please PM me.
