[N-Gage] Virtua Cop and Alien Front?

I know these two games were cancelled in the US but what are the possibilities of them being released overseas (like Sega Rally). I was at EB yesterday and saw Virtua Cop as listed for sale. The guy let me keep the box since it was indeed cancelled. It seems these games were very close to being shipped and may have found their way to some other country.
