Well, I could be wrong, but I don't think the GBA ports were made in especially great quantities nor do I think they sold very well. I wouldn't be surprised if they later are considered somewhat rare, or at the very least I expect complete copies to have some demand and go for a fair amount of money.

I've been looking cursorily for the GBA release, and haven't had any luck.

Ah, BoF 2. I rented it as a kid and got traumitized when I got the bad ending. LOL It's one of the first evil-organized-religeon games I know of.

I had both games for the GBA, damn it, and I sold them for very little last year. :angry:

I never did finish BOF 2. I really wanted to see the ending also -- to see if you find out what happened to you and if you can get back to your world. Anyone mind putting up a spoiler for the endings?

You guys do realize that the US dollar has depreciated signifcantly over the past couple of years?

As for its value, I wouldn't consider it to be worth more than $20, unless ebay prices have changed recently. I got it in a 16 game package for $37, but that was a pure anomaly.
