I think that the Adventurevision should have a price assigned to around $900 give or take.
Air Raid (Men A Vision) Atari 2600 should be changed to $999, there probably never be another copy under $2000.
Hitachi Hi-Saturn Navi
The console alone goes for around $1500 and if the screen is included then it will go for around $2200.
There is probably more.
There are some more mentioned in this thread:

In line of that thread, I think that if another Blockbuster Genesis cart would turn up it would be instantly in Joe's list. That game has been under the spotlight for a while now and I think it's safe to say that that game is an R10 and that if another copy or two turn up (if they do) the price would be in the thousands
Another game that may deserve a place on the list is conversational French or the Intellivision. Only two copies have ever turned up and we may see 1 or 2 more but that's it and the price would probably go for more than $500. We need to do more research on that game, and it should be changed to an R10

I know SG1000 stuff isn't priced yet, but on the 2 occasions Pachinko appeared on Yahoo Auctions Japan, it sold for around $2500 the first and ~$1500 the second. Space Slalom is almost as rare, and would also be $500+.

Holy Cow Anagrama! I have been gathering info for the SG but am unable to determine rarity since it is not in the states. Are those games that rare because I never would of thought Sg had that much rarity behind it. What's the story behind those games rarity and how many are accounted for?

Well a factory sealed Radiant Silvergun is scaring the hell out of $500 right now, and by the time you add shipping it is $500. Also, a factory sealed Chrono Trigger is typically at least $500 easily, if not more. I know that both of those games are false grails and not really that rare at all. But the fact remains that if you want them factory sealed, that's the only way that you'll ever get them in that condition now. So IMHO, that makes them just as rare in that condition. I can't think of any other factory sealed games off the top of my head that match those two for us factory sealed collectors, except maybe the factory sealed Magical Chase that's up on ebay right now. The seller is asking $700 or best offer for it I believe, and he'll probably get every bit of $500 for it. But including those kinds of things is up to you. I know that you're really only going for the games that are worth that much mint complete. It still would be nice if there was a list of games like that for all us factory sealed collectors here though. There aren't that many over $500, but there's alot over $100, and many of them are over $100 mint complete. By the way, how do you do a search here with those criteria? That's cool!

Yeah, those 2 are the real rarities. In the case of Pachinko, there was the sequel Pachinko II released almost immediately afterwards, so the original was presumably only on shelves for a very short period.
More info in this SMS Power thread: http://www.smspower.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6376
(looks like there have been 3 Pachinkos on YAJ aswell, not 2 like I said earlier).
btw, are you sure that the recently-added screenshot in the DB is from Pachinko, and not Pachinko II? Last time I checked Pachinko hadn't been dumped (Space Slalom was dumped & released fairly recently).

Uhm...these Neo Geo games you speak of? Are they US AES or JPN AES? What exactly are you saying about them. Are they gonna be for sale? Or are you just pricing the games what you think there worth...because the Slugs are alot higher then that. I could list the other Neo games with prices to ya know.

I would imagine a factory sealed Panzer Dragoon Saga would be around $500, if your going by ebay prices.

The last factory sealed Panzer Dragoon Saga went for $180 (from what I saw), and another one went for $250. No where NEAR $500.

There are a lot of games that can possibly sell for over $500 if you count mint condition sealed copies. I think that Joe is looking for games that go for over $500 loose.

Actually, the NeoGeo MVS versions of the Metal Slugs are a LOT LOT LOT less than those prices, so I'm assuming they're AES.
If those ARE MVS prices, I have a nice minty Metal Slug kit with matching serials I'll sell to the first person who offers me a quarter of that value.

Yeah, they're AES. Still, that Metal Slug MVS kit is worth more than a couple of bucks.

Also the Aiwa Megadrive / Mega CD / Stereo unit would easily hit $500 - probably nearer $1000, especially if boxed.

Well, I think that the 10 Million PlayStation can be rated higher than 500 Especially since the only two we've seen show on eBay have both gone for more than that (750 incomplete missing Parallel I/O door, and 1300 super complete with winners documentation). Also the Elemental Gearbolt "assasins case" would probably fetch 500 considering the number of them produced (40ish) and that a few DP'ers would all kill for one (me included).
I guess I should edit the PS list then ^_^

If it's any support for this, I've received an offer of $1000 for this cart.

EMILY: the recermate cumputrainer is a cart with a (ithink) modded NEs toploader. the system is designed to increase the tension on your bike so you can better train for long distance bike races. It may not be included on the DP lists because (i think) you can only use it on a modded system.
my uncle had two and GAVE one away to a fellow bike racer. he still uses the other one to train for triathlons.
they are ridiculously expensive new(like $1300), and the only ones ive seen on ebay typically fetch $600-700. to my knowledge there are two versions, racermate carts 1 and 2. i dont know the difference between them...
someone on the boards recently lost their racermate cart....maybe Portnoyd?

Sorry I didn't talk about this. They only seem to show up with all the bike parts, cart wise, so it's hard to judge loose value. There are apparently 2 of them, as the one I have is the Racermate Challenge II. I think the NESes aren't modded, but there is a dongle that plugs into both controller ports.
I don't think it's a $500 plus game. Sort of, kinda, but only with all the parts.
I actually got my Racermate back... someone accidentally took it back with their stuff. No worries. :)

Another candidate would be the Bandai Vectrex, there are only a couple of those accounted for so far.
BTW Portnoyd, where did you get that genesis cart from and how?

Joe, since DP covers mostly US game data base, I'll try to simplify with US Neo-Geo AES games first.
There're many more Neo-Geo games that go for over $500 these days, especially English version, I recently sold my World Heroes Perfect for $550 and had 2 people fighting for it, obviously other games like Ninja Masters, Metal Slug 1,2,X,3, Last Blade 2, MOTW, Neo Turf Master (Big Tournament Golf in Japan) go for even more, even approaching and/or going over $1000 threshold.
Some of the games are reaching $350+ (above original retails) and will probably surpass $500 soon, provided the games are at least in like new condition, such as Last Blade, Art of Fighting 3, Real Bout (super common in Jp version but impossible to find in English form), Rage of the Dragons, and Metal Slug 5.
Your Japanese Neo-Geo list is pretty accurate except you missed Magical Drops 2 and 3, Pulstar, Overtop, they can easily command over $500 if the inserts are not sunfaded and if everything else is like new. Even games like Shock Troopers 2, Waku Waku 7, Andro Dunos (ouch, this used to be cheap) are approaching $500 threshold fast.
One Japanese Virtual Boy game you missed is Virtual Bowling, this is not the same as Nester's Funky Bowling in US, a complete, non-crushed box copy is worth $1000. Space Invaders and Virtual Lab used to be over $500, both might have slipped a little in value.
Some of the rare games are very hard to determine the values, especially those you don't see it up for offer very often, I'm sure certain titles will go up even further when next one is available.
