Yes, although I'm not sure about complete compatibility.
It doesn't work with my PAL TwinBee Rainbow Adventure. :(
No idea how well it works with other PAL games.

@drummy - i didnt ask you, and its not your item im buying. so.... yeah.
evilmess - haha teh avatar was a bit different (you have saturn and GC, i didnt), got it off some website, well i changed it now.
damn i really hoped it read pal games like the liksang one, thanks for quick reply.
