You have to admit, it's funny hearing Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball being referred to as "intellectual property," at least it is to me. I see no problem here. I have a buddy who has a hacked Xbox and he has some pretty sweet hacks for Halo. I remember one Star Wars themed one had the ghost morphed into a skiff type thing from the first two episodes, and a Tie Fighter replaced the Banshee. Plus the rocket launcher was gone in favor of "the force." Pretty neat stuff, nothing sue-tacular methinks.

I don't see why Tecmo are so bothered about it... The people have already bought the game, so it's there's to do as they please with it really (as long as the hack wasn't being sold, which I don't think it was).

That is such total bullshit! War on MODs? Tecmo is sooo gonna lose a BIG portion of their fanbase for pulling this shit. I hope they go bankrupt for it.
