pretty rare, but I would imagine the prices will eventualy drop, like stated its all from the hype of RE4.

IF you can find it at a gamestore it's not that bad, my friend just got one at an EB for $44 yesterday.

RE2/3 prices on Cube were up long before RE4 hit the shops. Unless it was pre-RE4 tension causing people to look for them.
