Although I didn't pay full price for it, I managed to pick this game up at launch. Last night and this morning, I have finally had some free time to play it.
The game itself seems fairly well-done. The graphics are decent (nothing spectacular), and the vehicular portions of the game are pretty fun. The land-based missions have been ok, yet, the jumping physics seem a bit off, and the aiming system can get frusterating at times.
One major thing that bothers me about the game is the new model of Fox himself... I mean, come on, look at his forehead. Something just seems horrible about the way that they made him look. I prefer the Starfox Adventures model so much more.
The voice acting is pretty bad... not as bad as Magic Pengel, but still pretty bad. Oh, and why exactly does Krystal have a British accent...? I'm not saying that it's bad that she has one, but it really doesn't seem to fit, and especially when the voice acting sounds bad to begin with.
So far, I'm only on mission 4. Does anyone know how many missions there are?

If you're playing thsi game as well, please, share your opinions/thoughts on it.

I bought it the day it came out. I beat it, I think there's 10 missions. It was a really fun game while it lasted. It's painfully short though.

I really enjoyed it. The on rail sections are great, and all range mode is pretty sweet too. You have to not be adverse to foot combat to really enjoy the game, though-it's pretty well done, and if you're like me and screwed around on foot in 64's multiplayer then it's a definite step up, but if all you wanted was an on rails shooter, you'd be sorely disappointed.

Multiplayer rocks though, although in my opinion the landmaster is a tiny god.

I'm pretty sure Krystal had a British accent in Starfox Adventures so Namco probably decided to try and have some continuity voice wise.

Had time to play the first few missions myself after my copy finally arrived yesterday. It's... different. Takes time getting used to the foot sections, but they've been done far better imo than Rebel Leader's equivalent.
