Did this come as a game alone or was it also released as a boxset with the keyboard much like House of The Dead 2 was released as a boxset with a gun?

I have never seen the game packed with a keyboard. I have seen the keyboard in 2 different boxes. A black and white (with other colors) box that resembles the DC box and a brown cardbaord box with a sticker on top.

It the US it came by itself but in Japan it came packed in with a very cool skeleton keyboard.But no,they couldn't have done that here.Damn Japanese get everything first and all the cool stuff. :D :-( >:(
