I just got a copy of F-16 Fighting Falcon in the mail off Ebay for $6.
I also won an auction for a Power Base Converter which should be on it's way. (It's been 9 days and I paid for priority shipping, so I'm rather pissed)
So I'm looking through the Online Rarity Guide...
S.O.B.
The Power Base Converter isn't compatible with F-16 Fighting Falcon, and it's the ONLY game that's not compatible with the Converter, and It's the Master System game I most wanted to play!
I am so pissed.

Well, since everyone is being so impressive this week, I think it might be time to post my videogame score of a lifetime. I'll post a full story on it, as well as as many pictures I can. Maybe saturday or sunday I can get everything set to make a post here. You guys are gonna like it, I think :)

I bought out a rental store in North Carolina of all there PS1 games. All these have the liner tray and disk only, a few have shitted up manuals though. Most of the disks are surprisingly in decent shape. Some I will get resurfaced though. There's a few I tossed out as well. LOL
Anyways, I paid 70.00 for these games plus the ones in the next picture, there's about 100+ games here. I'm not going to list them all but the only uncommin/rare highlights were Guilty Gear & Tomba. The rest was pretty much R5 and under. Still , not too bad of a haul.

These are all empty cases and disk only games.
I plan to make a topic sometime soon listing all the manuals and cases I need, hopefully someone out there can help me fill in some holes. :D
....and that's my week. Enjoy

I was in AZ last week visiting my parents, and I hit some recommended places (thanks Nez & JagDiesel) and found one of my own.
At Games Plus in Mesa I got a somewhat sealed 7800 Super Skateboardin' (alliteration!) and a complete SMS Pro Wrestling. The games were a bit pricey (for me anyway), but I'm trying to complete my 7800 collection this year, all complete. They have a great selection there, but the guys there just took over, so if the game is priced, don't believe it. They're trying to reprice everything.
At Rockaway Records (also in Mesa, I think) I got GB Choplifter 2 and Operation C for the plane ride home. I also got A Christmas Present & Past vinyl album by Paul Revere & the Raiders, in nice shape, for only $10. Now I have all the original Columbia albums, just have to get the mono/stereo copy where I don't have them.
But the best find:
18 (count 'em) Chocodiles. I brought 10 of them home in my suitcase, but a few got squashed. I found 8 in a gas station for 39 cents each, and then a box of 10 (50 cents) in the supermarket chain where my dad works, for chrissakes. So if you're looking for Chocodiles, check out Basha's in Mesa or the Shell station in Flagstaff. :-P
