This is my main concern. How will DS games be sealed when released over here in the Uk?

Will NOE continue sealing the games with the red Nintendo tear strip? Or will they be sealed in a similar way that Xbox and Ngage games are? (With white COA on the side)

How are American DS games sealed?

Also, will the boxes acually be made of card (Like GBA games) or will we get those swish plastic cases which are on display in every game shop now?

...Here comes a buttload of people complaining about your use of PAL in a Handheld...

I don't know about how they will be sealed, but I'm pretty sure the DS cases NOA and NCL are using are going to be Nintendo standard.

Ok, so I made a bit of a faux pas, but at least you knew exactly what I was referring to. I deliberately did it to differenciate between American and Uk releases - And as most people recognise PAL as being the Uk standard.

So how do the American ones come when they are bought? (Not including the shops who unseal the games to display them on the shelves)

This should help you out. The DS cases in north america are black plastic similar to GC case, but they have a spot for holding GBA Carts as well. The manual is held on the left flap. I've got no idea if they will be in the UK.

Here are some pictures. Sorry for the quality, but i didn't have acess to my digital camera so i had to take them with my DV cam. Also i had to do it in shitty lighting.
