Hey gang, how are things?

I picked up Chiki Chiki Boys today for the Sega Genesis, a game I had never even heard of back in the day. The cover art seemed familiar, but I had never played the game, so I took it home tonight and boy was I pleasently surprised.

Vibrant graphics, beutiful colors, excellent music (like something out of a fairy tale) and fun platforming gameplay make this one a winner.

Shame I never played the game as a kid, would have LOVED it.

Anyone else care to share?

I had this game when I was a kid (and of course I still do). I love this game to death!!! It's an excellent platformer. Hard as hell though. I can only beat the land stage. :/

I actually remember an old issue of Game informer ranking this as one of the ten WORST Genesis games. The bastards...There's far far worse genesis games this one, that's for sure!

Oooo, I loved this one.

i picked it up a few months ago for cheap and beat it in one sitting.

It was the perfect difficulty for me and it was just a blast playing it.

How much does it differ to the Arcade version I played the arcade version quite a lot when I was younger.

Anything new?

I don't remember much about it, but I remember that I loved it. Especially the two player mode. Lots of fun!

Great game, I picked up a cart only 2 weeks ago when I saw it. I have fond memories of this game back in the Sega Channel days. BTW, Sega CHannel was evil. If it wasn't for that, I would have bought more than 13 games for my Genesis during it's lifetime (I was a late adopter).

I used to rent this game constantly as a kid. Very awesome game. The arcade version is called mega twins I think, and it's...somewhat different but not 100% radically so. The stages are mostly giant peices instead of divided into rooms.

I was gonna suggest the arcade version for the MAME club at some point too.

I have only seen this game once in the wild and it was loose cart only with a label that was half way torn. I usually don't mind getting loose carts, but I want those loose carts to at least have a complete label with minor scratches...etc.

Oh well...this game is one of my faves to play on Gens..but I still want the cart someday...

Loved the art. I was quite thrilled to see this at one of the GameStop's near my home. Of course, the employees had to stick the price label right on the artwork.
