Anyone get this or seen a decent review of it? It looks like it'd be an pretty good option to the $130 Logitech wireless controller/headset combo.

The only concern with that would be: what do you do when the controller wears out? By that time, assuming it's of a fairly good build, Live will probably be no more, but still...Hip Gear hasn't been around long enough to inspire confidence in me. On the other hand, I have the Logitech wireless controller for Xbox and it feels awkward to me. The sticks are too loose and it's just hard to adapt to after becoming so familiar with the default S controller.

Ive never really used a third party controller that I REALLY liked. Not since the NES anyway. Unless it was some kind of specialty controller like a Neg-Con. But if I realy had to have wireless, I would get the logitech controller before I would buy that one. "Hip Gear" is not a brand name that instills confidence.

I have the Logitech PS2 controller and I really like that one, I wanted to get the Logitech XBox one but it doesn't support live. (the $80! headset is optional)

I'd prefer a first party controller myself, but they ain't makin' one and I'm sick of tripping over wires, untangling communicator lines, etc.

Hey

Did a search on xbox bluetooth and saw this thread. I was looking at this controller today at best buy for $57 and was wondering if anyone had an opinion.

Since I have a laptop with built in bluetooth it would only be a matter of time before there could be a pc controller hack.
Maybe.

Any thoughts?
