We held our 14th event here at Digital Press HQ last night (actually just the 14th since we've been numbering them ;) ) and I thought I'd share some pics from the gathering.
A few Roundtable members were in attendance: Tetsu (guy with light shirt), Kid Ice (guy in brown sweatshirt), CX2K (guy in flannel), Superstonic (guy with baseball cap) and Portnoyd (guy in tan pants). A few other friends on hand as well, some great gaming, good trades, and lots of pizza and beer :)

That picture of the kid with the Steel Battalion controller that's as big as him is a classic. Who is he anyway?

"The kid" is Brian Bradley, the son of a good friend of mine. We've been steadily feeding him old-schoolness with his love of gaming, he's gonna grow up into a mighty fine collector some day. In fact, he's the only person I traded with last night (PS2 games)!

Nice pad, Joe. I especially like the dart board. I can only wonder how many member photos you've taped to it in the past.
I also know you're an older guy, so tell me... how many times did your kneecaps crack went you sat down of the floor, indian style? ;)

The black ones are all gone - they were 10th Anniversary shirts, only 1000 were made. There are white ones available with the logo Nikkita designed at this page: http://www.digitpress.com/dpproducts.htm
We should have a new black shirt design available for PhillyClassic or CGE 2K3.

I'm quite limber for a man of my years :) Knees are in pretty good shape.
@Jaime: yeah, I noticed that pic withDave/Portnoyd and the middle finger. I suppose only HE can answer that one!

I have often looked at the "Room of Doom" here on the Digital Press site, but I never thought "the common folk" were allowed within its Hallowed Halls! LOL Oh, to have 5 minutes alone in that room and an open window from which to escape...

looks like fun joe ,I just picked up {from my old mags } the tips and tricks mag where you said how to start you own gaming get together.I think im going to give it a try this summer.

Yes yes, that was a classic Middlefinger trick in that one pic. I messed it up, and my eye looks bloodshot. For a perfectly performed trick, watch Hot Shots Part Deux.

Oh, almost forgot!
If any of you Dreamcast owners are looking for a VGA Box, I've got an extra one cheap! It allows you to play your Dreamcast on a PC monitor, and might I say, it absolutely ROCKS?
This picture is the system on VGA "in action":

You have to work out how you're gonna do the sound, however - my monitor doesn't have sound but the VGA Box I'm using supports a separate speaker set-up. Some of the games just look dazzling on the monitor.

yeah I have the vga box it rules .some games dont work with it though

Which ones have you had problems with? So far I've seen three: Next Tetris, Sno-Cross Racing, and Bang! Gunship Elite.

its been a while sence I have used it .I use to have a list about this.I dont think my ddr imports worked right

I can't believe that nobody has commented about all the staged pictures of John Hardie scamming everyone in there. It's obvious that John Hardie is the Classic Gaming Comedy genius of the last generation.
