Perhaps some of you out there get so caught up into the games you are playing that you become closed off to the rest of the world. Does this sound like you? There is the definitive television program that can answer that question. The name of the show is Tenplay on the network mun2. The program serves as a guide to the greatest video games, ever. Tenplay also provides a fun-filled and occasional nostalgic recognition and appreciation on the best games around the world. Each monthly episode also presents a top 10 chart. The next episode focuses on games that rule your life. The program will premiere this month on March 5th at 6:30 est/ 5:30 central.

I think it's short for "Telemundo 2," but I'm not sure. The "About us" page on their site says they target young US Latinos (18-34). Here's the site:

I'd be more interested if the news item wasn't posted by a "hit and run" poster. A bit too spammy, even if the item is videogame-related and pertinent.

No website? No screenshots? No explanation of what the fuck "mun2" is, credentials behind your producers, previews of your first episode, or even a firm grasp of the written English language?

That's some fine PR skills you got there, chief.

I'll tell who is considered a gamer, it's that raging animal inside you, that never stops....you gotta collect...you gotta have it....NOW!! NOW!!!

The gamer who's waited in line for each system that came out...the gamer who can tell you who broke out into a fight in the parking lot when they got a new Dreamcast or PS2 back in 1999-2000.

Wanna run with my crew huh? Smashin buttons like I do? Rows and Columns of games in your room to the point you had to turn your garage into a game room for extra SPACE? Your walls in your house look like the EB Games from 1988!

You slept with Mario or Sonic dolls when you were a kid!

Can you sing the entire theme song to Super Mario Bros Super Show or Sonic the Hedgehog??

Ate cereal with NINTENDO POWER on the cover! You wake up and step on 10 cartridges or controllers!

Wanna kind of gamer are you? Do you kiss your arcade cabinets in the morning like some do here?

Do you put blood and sweat into what you do? Do you wake up and phone up Miyamoto or Naka and say WASSSSSSSSSSSSUUPP?!?!

Does the voices in your head sound like Asteroids, Donkey Kong, Bomberman, Sonic, Mario, or even Tetris!?

Do you get into arguements about CastleVania, Contra, or Metal Gear!?

Do you have fights about controllers or joysticks?!

Did you go to a college and spent most of your time screwing up in classes because you had a GameBoy behind those books!?

When you sleep, do you count sheep or Marios jumpin on goombas?

Do you got your own fanbased website like I DO!?

THAT'S A GAMER BABY!!! aannnnnndddd I'm SPENT!

That show used to be on G4 sometimes before they merged with TechTV. I wasn't too fond of it. The list was given by an English woman who was supposed to be hot, but wasn't, as she ran around a virtual room hitting numbered buttons from 10-1 and each button would link to a video clip of whatever. Her accent made it hard for me to watch, and the choices to me were questionable.

since I do not have G4 TV the only game show I can watch is gamers.tv on mun2, its a spanish channel, so I only catch the show when I am randomly flipping through the channels. But once a month for a show? thats a bit long...

Wow, this thread gets my award for most unnecessary pile-on ever.

There's a videogame-related show coming on March 5th, and we all like that. We all have the necessary intellectual facility to figure out what channel it is on, or if we get that channel at all.

The show sounds like fun to me, and I've seen many more worse first posts than this.
