I found a few cheats that aren't known by the general internet knowledge resources. And by the way, someone needs to add the GG Frogger prototype to the database.
*Edit* Someone needs to add the Exellent Dizzy Collection Prototype to the Game Gear section too. (See the SMS section for info)

TEST MODE:
At the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down.
GG:
Frogger (Proto)
DEBUG MODE:
At the title screen, press Left, 2, Up, Right, Left, 2, 1, 1, Down, Down, Up, 2, Right, Down, Right, Up, Start. At the map screen, pressing 1 or 2 selects the starting stage. In-game, pressing 2 turns invincibility on/off.

At the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Right, Down, Left, Down, Down. You can select the difficulty setting, and listen to the sound test.
