Hi,

I have some technical information to share but would like to ensure it does not already exist, and/or sticks around for posterity. Where are the FAQs located for various platforms? (other than the stickied SNES FAQ)

Thanks.

http://www.digitpress.com/livefaq

There's where we keep all the technical information on hand.

Ah, I thought that was what "LiveFAQ" was referring to in someone's post. I suggest keeping the name consistent on the menu bar and what people refer to it as in the forum. If you want to call it LiveFAQ, fine, call it that on the site's menu bar as well.

Also, there seems to be an issue with the "Knowledge Base/LiveFAQ". No categories with entries appear for me. Also, at the top of the page the following PHP error is reported:

"The connection to the MySQL server could not be established.

The error message of the MySQL server:
Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: YES)

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/html/livefaq/inc/mysql.php:74) in /var/www/html/livefaq/index.php on line 104"

How does one submit site issues on the forum? In the past I have seen boards with an "Issues" forum or at least an administrator email to contact (is digitalpress@email.com what I should use here?)

Thanks.

Yeah, I think there might be something wrong with it at the moment. You might want to PM RockyRaccoon, he's the curator of the LiveFAQ (if he doesn't know about this problem already).

I don't know why the last post I made about this was'nt stickied. :P

Pretty much ** I ** Cannot fix it. I know what the issue is...I know how to fix if I could, but I can't. Why?

Because only RetroGmr has the password needed to fix it. XD

I'll try PMing him.. AGAIN about the issue.

The Knowledge Base looks excellent. I do have a minor how-to to contribute, but may want to include a photo or two. Is there hosting for these pictures available on this server? If so, how do I submit those?

Thanks,
Seth.
