I was looking through some auctions he has won. he has bought alot of advertising on peoples bodys (as well as a Building) he also bid and won on one that made me tear up a little.

I think what's shapng up here is the Ultimate eBayInsanity contest. The grand prize for the most original entry is a bid by Golden Palace Casino from a seemingly bottomless pit of advertising funds.
All you need to do to cash in is be original and have a good imagination.
