It's not quite as good without the poorly replicated symbols and graphics .. but even just the text of it is amusing. I kid you not, it arrived exactly as below:

Subject: COngratulations on becoming a Powerseller! Read Below!


Stop sending messages from you PC because it will be banned.

I have informations about the user and I will report you to the police.You have sent messages which are not allowed.

It certainly made me chuckle! Not to mention the fact that I am *already* a Powerseller so I am hardly going to sign myself up again ...
