To celebrate the GOAT Store's new Affiliate Program (http://www.goatstore.com/news.php?article_id=16), we have decided to hold a contest to create a banner for the GOAT Store, with the winners getting the chance to play test an upcoming Dreamcast release and get their names in the credits for the game.
The game's name will be GOAT Games Vol. 1 and will be sort of like a Namco Museum style offering, with many different minigames for people to play -- and compete with their scores online in the same way that Maqiupai allows you to compete.
Four winners will be selected -- two based on our picks of banners, and two based on a random drawing of all submitted banners. You can submit as many banners as you like, so there is a pretty good chance you could win!
For more details, you can check out the official announcement here: http://www.goatstore.com/news.php?article_id=17

Nope. You can do whatever you like :)
Here are a few samples that I already got. If you'd like, you can just post your banners in this thread too!

And a hint to get one of the winning spots from another poster at the DCEmu.co.uk boards:
When it comes to stores selling games they try to sell games by putting on the banner either something that represents what they are selling and a image of there store it pushes sales. That way it gets people interested in what GOAT is all about and lets also think about what they are about Classical gaming or just bringing it back. GOAT is all about reliving the past and so much more.
Couldn't have said it better myself!
