When you dont recive a item bought through Ebay and you fill in a complain, what will happend next? If the seller doesnt have "Paypal Protection Program" can you still get a refund?
I bought something from a seller and I still havnt recived anything after weeks of waiting. Looks like I lost nearly $200 :(

That Sucks dude. Do you have his/her address or anything? Maybe you could try contacting his local police.

Yes, I have his name, adress and bank account number.
I might do that if I dont recive anything. His eBay account is also canceled, but I doubt its because of this. He had good feedback.

Damn man. I have been burnt one time on Ebay (with over 300 buys), and it was exactly like this.
I think Ebay cause refund you you're money, but everything after $25, so you would be getting $175 back. I am not sure however if they will refund you, since the sellers account is cancelled. I bet someone else on here can give you a better answer. I hope everything works out well. :)
