So I'm upstairs in my loft apartment getting some stuff done after a day full of errands, and I come downstairs to find my Playstation on and my non-gaming girlfriend playing this:

In case you can't tell, it's Activison Decathlon. I was playing Activison Anthology and left it on, and since she's a fitness freak (much unlike myself), she thought she'd give it a try.
"I love this game!" she says. "And I love you," say I. Gotta love when the girlfriend digs 2600 games :D

Wow, I wish my girlfriend would play video games with me. The most she plays with is Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, and that was to use me to beat the game. Still trying to talk her into Katamari Damacy...

Yeah, I came downstairs, saw her playing, ran back upstairs without her knowing and got my camera ;)
Oh and the "cd-r" is actually a legit copy of Weezer's Pinkerton album. But thanks for trying :roll:

I catch my girlfriend playing occasionally too. It get pretty excited. She's pretty picky about what she plays, but she'll beat the game to death if she likes it. Her current faves are Katamari Damacy, Yoshi's Island, Columns, Sonic 1 and 2, and Bust-A-Move.

She refers to the 2600 as "that pong thing"

when i have ppl over (who most are like 21-24) and i break out the NES or Colecovision, they go insane and start asking me what games i have. its great to know that im not the only gamer in my area. it was a lot better tho when i had the XBOX running. all i would do is boot that up and launch the emulator. its all good.

Pinkerton was better than the blue album! There....... I said what we all were thinking. Back on topic.
That is awesome. Some of the best times the wife and I have are playing atari. I dont think I have ever seen anyone get as mad as she does while playing enduro during the night fog. Scary

The reason why my futon is so close to the TV is because it's as far away as I can get it without closing off the door of my apartment. I live in the smallest apartment you can possibly imagine.

Might be... :D She'd never seen SW before, so last week we watched 4,5, and 6, and the night before this we watched 1...now only 2 remains and she'll be all caught up.

The "kitchen" beside the bookcase has room for the refrigerator, a range, and a sink, all side by side. No counter space. Oh yeah, and the standing space is taken up by my bike. The only place my bike would go.
