I was just watching the screensavers and i just saw the best indictment of all the evil Uwe Boll has brought on the gaming world.
Anyone who gets g4 should check out Kevin's amazing speech against Uwe on tonights replay of the screensavers. It was awsome.
Bout time someone stood up and said it on TV.

Word up. While Paul Anderson may have made a complete hash of Alien vs. Predator, and his Resident Evil sure wasn't nominated for any awards, Uwe Boll is in another class altogether. The difference comes down to this: I'm actually going to watch Resident Evil: Apocalypse on video sometime in the next couple of weeks, whereas all I need to know is that Uwe Boll directed a movie for me to steer clear.
I wasted good money watching House of the Dead in the theater, and within five minutes I realized that the only enjoyment I would get out of the "film" would be watching the insufferable characters die one by one.

"This isn't a fad...it's a Revolution" LOL
Thankfully I've never seen any of his movies, but then again, I usually refuse to see any movie based on a game.

I haven't seen any of his movies and I don't need to. You don't have to stick your hand on a hot stove to figure out that it's going to cause you pain. A few friends didn't heed my advice about House of the Dead and decided to rent and watch it anyway. I received the following two phone calls:
Call #1
"Man, you were wrong, this is great so far, cheesy, but there's lots of titties!"
"Ummm..."
Call#2
"You were right, this is awful, we should have listened."
"I told you fucker!"
On the other hand, you have to ask yourself, "how much prestige does a franchise like Bloodrayne have anyway?" These movies shouldn't be made AT ALL, I don't care if you resurrect Akira Kurosawa, these movies DON'T NEED TO BE MADE.

He makes horrible, shithole movies. Here's a list of some of the worst feces ever to splatter the big screen:

At least it's nice to have a single person to blame, rather than Hollywood or capitalist society (?) in general.

How is it possible that he has directed so many movies?.
He shouldn't be allowed within 50 miles of a movie set.

Well in the video game category he has only done Alone in the Dark, and House of the Dead.

The only way this guy will stop making movies is if people would stop paying to see his damn movie, but no, companies have discovered taht all you have to do is slap a video game title on a movie and people will see it.

Not this chump. Not any more.
I mean, I'm used to video game movies getting less-than-stellar reviews. But now all someone would have to do is describe a movie as "Uwe Boll bad", and I'd know not even to let my 10-foot pole get near it.
