It occurs to me I haven't seen any rants about those rather evil-seeming folks at NGF for a long time, and certainly their website (http://www.neogeofreak.com) hasn't been updated in two years. What was the last word?

Didn't the NG community finally get this joker squashed? I thought that was the story, but honestly I lost track of what was going on.
All I know is I inadvertently bought my ST-V board and carts on eBay from a woman who everyone was saying was the dude's mom. Fortunately, I got my stuff and everything was ok (aside from me jumping on a "buy it now" a little on the high side in the heat of the moment, but who hasn't done that? LOL)
