I, like many, have had some serious problems running my X-Arcade (solo) through the Keyboard / PS/2 setup... So I'm trying to hook it up annother way, and I don't really feel like buying a USB adapter.

Is there any way to run the X-Arcade through the "GamePort" (That Smaller peripheral port that most old Joysticks and such plugged in to) on PCs?

I have the it plugged in using the standard cable and a cable I got out of my old Lego Mindstorms set, and the X-Arcade appears to be powered up but nothing responds when the PC searches for it.

Might there be any special drivers or anything on the Net? Thanks for any help, I'm running Windows ME by the way.

Did you set it up under game devices? Just add it as a 4 button joypad. Even if it does work though, I dont think you'll be able to use all the buttons as there is a 4-button limit to gameport devices (i think).
