Is Executioners the game where you choose 2 different mutant guys and you pick up and throw little cat people? If I recall, Stage 1 had a sign that says "Fish 7 cents". I haven't played that game since 1993.

They all look like homebrew games, so the answer would be yes.

Homebrews? No, not technically.
I am confused by the question. Are you asking whether the games you downloaded have some sort of shareware limitation in them or not? If so, why don't you just play them and find out?
Underdogs does have some recent shareware games in its database, but anything that old will likely be the "registered" version if they ever were shareware.
(By the way, Home of the Underdogs also has an active forum should you have any questions. I post there myself.)

i was just wondering if there are console/arcade versions existing anywhere or if the';re just computer exclusive software.

Oh, I see. I can definitely say that Executioners was PC only. (Bloodlust Software was quite legendary back in the day, y'know; they were responsible for Genecyst and Nesticle, but never made any console titles.)
As for the other two, well, even if console versions do exist, have you ever tried to track down a ten year old Chinese or Korean console game?

never doubt the trials an obsessive person such as my self would go through. once a game gets into my head the only consulation is to purchase it.
