the re4 is region 1, it is the gamestop special editiion tin, only available in the usa. The re2 for gamecube is region 1 usa. you would need a freeloader to play the gamecube re2 or re4 on a japan or PAL gamecube.
the suitcase is the 5th anniversary biohazard collection. the re123 are for the japanese ps1, so you would need a chipped ps1 for them, or a japanese ps1 or ps2. the dvd of weskers report is a region 2 japan dvd, still sealed. the code veronica is for the japanese ps2 and still sealed.
