Current GBA and/or DS games only available in Japan

A friend is going to be in Japan and wants to know if there are any recommended GBA or DS games that are available there that are either not coming out in the US or not coming out in the US for a long time. Keep in mind that he cannot read Japanese so that leaves many games that have a lot of text out of the question.

Meteos & Pac Pix for the DS both look awesome. But they are both coming out in the US (just not out yet here).

I think that there is a game for the DS in japan where you are a surgeon and you use the stylus to make incisions, no idea if it IS actually out there yet or will make it here, but that would be a great one.

You could use the stylus to write apology letters to your patiant's family afte ryou screw up the surgery!

Chokkan Hitofude (or Polarium as it's called in the UK) is a definite buy... has that come out in the US yet?

Well the games already mentioned (Polarium, Meteos, and Pac Pix) will be out in a month or two I believe. I'm not sure if there's any that will end up being Japan only. What about that Goemon game?

Goemon's not out yet. Trust me--I'd have it already. :D Anyways, there's been quite a few famicom mini games released in japan that didn't come here. I'd look into those myself, Twinbee & Ganbare Goemon in particular.
