If I buy a famicom or super famicom, do i need anything special on my TV to play them? Or anything else besides system all hookups and games?

Thanks for your help everyone!

Because you've started something like a million threads about all the consoles you are looking to buy. Have you actually got a single one of them yet?

My Twin Famicom uses AV cable, so I guess Famicom also uses it.

and to answer your ? kid, no, it should work fine. Just try and get a model that has A/V outputs. I have heard of some probs with the org famicom and the RF output due to the slight voltage difference, but a step down voltage box from Radioshack should fix that, also try doing a search in the Import game forum to get more answer, since this ? has been asked before, even by me :D
