$200 is chump change compared to what some soundtracks go for. ;) And to answer your question, the highest I've paid for a soundtrack is $90. :P

Hmm
Since 3 of the main outrun songs are on the best of Sega game music Vol. 1 CD I just got for $29.99 + $12.00 EMS Shipping, I don't think I would spend any more than that for any OST :)

I would never ever pay $200 dollars for a music CD, not even if I was a millionaire.

What if it was worth $500? :P I'd buy just about anything I could afford if I could sell it back for even more.

That I understand, but do you think the value will increase that much more? It just wouldn't seem worth it to me. I'd rather spend that type of money towards multiable games or a rarer one, not some game soundtrack I could easly convertor into MP3's.

Yeah, I can almost promise that all OST's go up in value, if not hold them. They are made in small runs and are highly deseriable for collectors. :)

Ok
Actually, if it was something I wanted I would pay whatever it cost to get it! If it cost too much I would find something else. Or come up with some more cash.
So simple right :)

The only game soundtracks that I like enough to pay $200 for are the Snatcher or Policenuats ones, otherwise not worth the money IMO.

I like the radio for music, I wouldnt even waste a 10p blank CD-R on music CD or the time copying it.
