I just bought a complete copy on eBay for $12 something total with a Buy It Now. The only copy of the game I saw on ebay was a cart only that sold for about that.

Anyhow, I'm a huge pinball fan, and so I don't really care what it's "worth" or anything...but do any of ya'll have it? Is it good?

On Metacritic, only 3 reviews are listed:

From Pocket Games (grade: 90%):
The ball reacts to the table and flippers exactly how you would expect. [Summer 2003, p.41]

From GameSpot (grade: 73%):
All that Hardcore Pinball is missing is some sort of gimmick to extend its replay value. It's easily the best pinball game available for the Game Boy Advance.

From Nintendo Power (grade: 52%):
Fans of straight-ahead pinball without video game frills will give hardcore Pinball a high score. [Apr 2003, p.137]

I thought it was a nice little game. However, my all-time favorite video pinball game was Devil's Crush. If you're going to do video pinball, you've got to make it more, well, game-like.

Pinball of the Dead is a perfect example. I'd say stick with that one.

I just got that one the other day, and it's great :)

Oh yeah... The Pinball of the Dead is great. I've got to pick up that game somewhere again. Should be fairly cheap by now.

I still remember those old pinball games I used to play. There was Psycho Pinball for the Genesis and also some pinball game for the original Gameboy that I borrowed from a friend a long time ago. Nothing beats the real thing though, one of these days I've got to buy a proper pinball machine of my own.

w00t! I got Hardcore Pinball today, and it's right nice :D.

Recommended to all hardcore pinball fans (if you can find it :P)

Is it just me or do the flippers seem rather sluggish? The ball physics are excellent and I like the sparceness of the table layouts but the flippers really kill it for me. Definitey better then Pinball Tycoon (what a PoS).

Maybe I little, but it doesn't really bother me...
