music machine $5 coupon?

while tidying up my game room, i came across this book i had bought. i know the music machine license was used for a lot of products, including a game, but ive bought every music machine item ive come across. similar to the record, i bought this music machine music book in case i ever have the game, as itll look cool with the game, this book and the record, even though thats kind of like buying a cabbage patch doll because they made a game out of them.... anyways, i was just flipping through this book for the hell of it, when i came across a coupon for $5 off the music machine game for the 2600. anyone else seen one of these?

i figure it has to be pretty damn rare, take a look at the music book and the coupon...
