You can sort of say that, they were a prize for something, and were from an airbrush company, much like the chu chu rocket one.. theyre the real contest pieces though

looks like eidos might've had something to do with code veronica. i'd still be leary about getting it off of ebay. love the site but don't trust it.

The sad thing is, I have the money for it, but I can't even force myself to spend the money it costs for a minty PAL Knuckles' Chaotix. STUPID TIGHTFIST!
Also, haha @ the people trying to tell the dude it's a fake. The normal box does make it seem more than a tad dodgy. The Chu Chu one is better anyway.

well they're really not fake.
they were all offically authorized by sega and edios to be airbrushed. so while they we done by an airbrush company, they were doing officially so that doesnt realyl make them fake, it was an official contest in europe, they ran in almost all game mags.
they would be fake if one of us would do it in the garage or an airbrush company does it NOW.

hey mods we've already done this thread, it's somewhere in the Ebay forum. And to answer peoples questions yes these are real, they were comissioned by the companies including sega. and Edios distributed RE: CV in Europe.

For as cheap as DC are going for on ebay it might be worth it to get one, and to find someone to custom paint a DC for you...may be cheaper than $500?
