I have read about this unit and checked into it on many web sites but never have I seen a JVC unit that plays sega CD genesis AND playstation, is this correct?

no, the guy is retarded. it plays genesis and sega cd games. it obviously wasnt tested by the seller, since that included ps game wont work on it.

Sega Genesis games: Ecco The Tides of Time, Streetfighter II, Final Fury 2, Sonic Spinball, Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic and Knuckles, and Game Shark.
Final Fury 2 and Gameshark for Genesis? I'm guessing this does not work by the RARE/ low BIN price, also this guys sheer dumbassness.

Genesis had Game Genie and Pro Action Replay. I believe the Nintendo 64 Gameshark came out befoe the PSX one, making it the first Gameshark'ed console.

I have one sitting in my garage that I need to test. It is the Xeye unit with a Genny2 power supply and 2 genny controllers. I know the cart side works but am not sure about the cd side.
These don't play 32x games do they?

X'Eye is US version of JVC Wondermega 2.
This is poor little brother of Wondermega losing all the good bits of Wondermega... :(
Wondermega 2 is fairly cheap compared to Wondermega and Sega Wondermega with the white ring around the CD door is arguably one of most rare and sought after all-in-one MegaDrive/MegaCD combo unit...not to mention sexist looking thing... :p
no it doesn't run 32X since it's Genesis/SegaCD in one housing...
