They're in the book version but not online - what gives?

I'm not sure where you're looking, but all of that stuff is under "Atari XE".

Great scott - I've become totally BLIND!!! I *swear* I didn't see it there (but I'd also swear that I was probably expecting to see 400/800/XL/XE and just missed the XE on it's own). Sorry about that.
