I always knew sony was a horribly uncreative company, but i never thought that they blanatly stole their designs. LOL. I can't beleive that the the Atari PC and the PS2 look so much a like.
If sony really is the new atari then they should be going bankrupt in a few year. LOL.

Uh, that's hardly 'Atari's first PC'. Actually it's a Falcon Microbox, which wasn't released until 1993.

It's to bad that isn't Atari's first Personal Computer or that would be really spooky.
Though there is a feeling in the market that Sony is loosing it's edge. I don't know where I read it but Sony has lost market. Not the first to market on key items like flatscreen TV's, I-Pod being the music player to get.. I don't even know what Sony sells in that area.

Sony is eerily like Atari/Warner Communications in many respects. For one thing, Sony's entertainment division (which includes the video game stuff) is literally keeping the entire company afloat, much like Atari did for Warner in the early '80s. Secondly, Sony's stubborn attitude re: its poorly designed consoles (the DRE-infested PS2s and the launching/non-working square button PSPs) is much like Atari's rather ruthless methods in their heyday.
