Anyone here from Arizona in the Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix area know of any good places to get some old saturn and psx games? Flea markets, small local game shops, pawn shops? I am all the way out in AJ and theres nothing and here. The places I know are ebgames, gamestop, gamecrazy and bookmans, but they never have anything and are expensive.

I am surprised your Bookmans doesn't have anything; they are usually loaded here in Tucson. I'm not sure what's up your way (maybe Tynstar or the Captain can help you with that) but if you ever come down here, there are 3 Bookmans and the Tanque Verde swap meet, where you can usually find some stuff. Good luck.

Yeah those two bookmans that are very close to each in Tuscon have tons of stuff, but the one here in Mesa is horrible..

the Goodwill and Salvation Army in AJ have yielded me many good finds over the years.
Games+ in Mesa recently was sold to a guy who is working to organize it and have decent prices.
The flea at the Greyhound Track down off 40th ST and Washington in Phoenix is good.
The flea at the drive in on Bethany Home Rd and 55th Ave in Phoenix is pretty good, especially on Sundays.
Other than that, its hit and miss at the thrifts...

God that store used to be such shit. Just garbage every were and like 10 bucks for a SMB duck hunt cart.

There prices are much better now and it MUCH cleaner.

I allwys find good stuff at bookmens. Other day I found a couple of great condition saturn stuff in Mesa nothiing rare but fun stuff.

You should try the new bookmans that opend up. Over on northern. Very fancy place and they get stuff in quite often.

I don't know about the new Games +. I was in there yesterday, and when you bring games up to the counter, they go right to ebay and check the prices. I got lucky that an R7 that I found had no auctions. The store is much cleaner and bigger though.

I do have some finds at Bookman's, but it seems to be random anymore. I used to also have luck at the 6 or so Gamecrazys around me, but they have really gone downhill as well.

There was this good shop in Tempe called Gamers, but they moved to Phoenix somewhere, and I haven't been.

Jag about covered everything. I also like the new Games Plus set up in Mesa , but checking prices on ebay  I almost told them to go F*#k themselves last time I was there. Good thing the stuff I bought had no bids on it. :/

wow, so many people in Arizona, we should all meet up someday lol

Games Plus? I'll have to check that out. I've checked the local goodwill a few times, but never the salvation army. I just didn't expect to find anything in my town. I have given up on bookmans, they hardly get anything in and the prices are so high.

Games +/Games Plus is the best game store in the Phoenix area. It's by Fiesta Mall. They used to have three Valley locations but the owner recently retired and now it's down to one. (Which pisses me off because the closest one to me is gone now.)

This place is great; they sell all systems. You can find Saturn, 2600, Jaguar, 32X, Lynx, Vectrex... you name it and they carry it.

The only think that sucks about Games Plus is that they can be kind of pricey. I've seen them sell "new" 2600 games for $10+ per game.

As for Gamers, Gamers pretty much sucks.
